How is my music protected?
Your music is encrypted where it's stored and while it moves, protected uploads are end-to-end encrypted, and we do not train AI on your music. Share links are end-to-end encrypted: the key lives in the link and is not stored on our servers. Full detail on the Privacy and Security pages.
What counts as a song?
One track or session in your library. Versions nest under the song they belong to, and stems do not count against your cap, so separating a mixdown does not use up extra slots.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your plan through the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. No prorated refunds, no win-back call from a sales rep.
Is the price the same on iOS and the web?
Yes. A subscription started on one surface unlocks the other, and yearly billing saves you the equivalent of two months either way.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade and the new tier is active immediately, prorated. Downgrade and it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your music stays yours and your vault stays encrypted. You drop to Free's limits, and anything beyond them pauses until you're back. Nothing is deleted for downgrading.
